Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement
By placing an order on the Amelia’s Closet website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy. Completing a purchase means that you have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes, agree to follow the return procedure, and acknowledge that this policy may be used in case of disputes.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if conditions are met: items must be unused, in original condition, and return shipping is your responsibility. We will review your return within 7 business days. Returns showing wear or damage may be declined.
How to Request a Return
Email us at shopcooksparadise@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if defective. Wait for approval before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 2 days of delivery at shopcooksparadise@gmail.com with order number, issue description, and photos. After verification, we may offer a replacement.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders
If your package is lost, contact us with tracking details. Refused or returned packages due to address errors will incur a $35 fee deducted from refunds.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped; initiate a return after delivery if needed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Contact us first with issues. In case of disputes, we may provide order records to resolve the matter.
Important Information
Returns ship to our fulfillment warehouse in Asia. Return shipping is not covered. Hygiene-sensitive items in used condition are not accepted.
